The nature of money is law; in the form of a social contract that grants:
- unconditionally transferable purchasing rights (credit) on the economic surplus of the economic community, counterpartied by individual production obligations (debt)
Equitable money represents human work:
- Past work in the form of the existing store of economic surplus
- Present work in the transformation of existing economic surplus to:
- Produce new goods/services within an expected timeframe, and/or
- regenerate/augment the factors of production, including human capital
